User Conduct and Content Guidelines
By posting on our Website, you agree to the following restrictions:
Prohibited Content:
- Sexual content and/or services
- Obscene or child pornography-related content
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, and any other illicit substances
- Content related to trafficking
- Content related to acts of violence
- Content related to politics
- Discriminatory actions based on ethnicity, race, gender, age, etc
- Violations of privacy or portrait rights
- Defamation, threats, calls for violence, or harassment toward others

Address Requirement:
All listings require a valid Canadian address. This address will be displayed publicly to help users verify the location of the job or rental property.
User Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for the content you post, including any images or descriptions. We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms.
Listing Review
To ensure compliance with these Terms, all listings are subject to review by our Website administrators. Inappropriate or prohibited content will be removed
Image Uploads
Our Website allows users to upload images for rental listings. By uploading images, you agree to the following:
Appropriate Content:
Images must not contain any prohibited or offensive content.
Size and Format:
Uploaded images must meet the Website’s guidelines for format, size, and quality.
Listing Duration
Listings are permitted to remain active on the Website for 90 days, after which they will be automatically deactivated.
Users may contact our support team to reactivate the listing using the email they provided for it. If the listing is still within the probation period before deletion, it will be reactivated. Otherwise users may re-post the listing in the event that the original was deleted.
Privacy
